Power Dispatching Console from China TEMERY, also called grid control workstation or power monitoring desk, is a dedicated man-machine interaction terminal for power control environments. Unlike ordinary desks, it strictly complies with power industry safety standards, EMC requirements and 24-hour operation specs, widely used in provincial/municipal dispatching centers, distribution monitoring rooms, thermal/hydropower plants and wind-solar new energy control rooms.

It adopts a modular assembled structure supporting straight-line, arc-shaped, U-shaped and other hall layout designs. Each working position of it can be independently configured with multi-monitor support system, hidden cable management, equipment storage cabin and grounding protection. It allows customized configuration per project scale and dispatching operation requirements.

1. Main Frame

The frame of Power Dispatching Console is fabricated from high-quality SPCC cold-rolled steel plate with thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 2.0mm. The entire frame undergoes acid pickling, phosphating, degreasing and high-temperature electrostatic spraying treatment to ensure rust resistance, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance and deformation resistance. All welding positions on it are polished smoothly without sharp edges.


The high-end version of it adopts 6063-T5 industrial aluminum alloy beam structure, delivering higher overall stability, lighter weight and stronger load-bearing performance. The rigid frame can bear long-term multi-screen heavy load without shaking or deformation, fully adapting to long-term uninterrupted industrial monitoring work.

2. Anti-static Worktop

The worktop adopts imported HPL compact anti-static laminate, a special material for power and computer room control equipment. The surface resistivity is stably controlled between 10⁶Ω and 10⁹Ω, effectively releasing static electricity generated by long-term operation of electronic equipment and protecting precision industrial control hosts, dispatching communication equipment and monitoring terminals.


The worktop of it is fire-retardant, high-temperature resistant, scratch-resistant and impact-resistant. The wear-resistant grade meets long-term high-frequency keyboard and mouse operation requirements, with no fading, no peeling and no cracking after years of use.

3. Strong and Weak Current Isolation Wiring System

It is equipped with double independent trunking structures for strong current and weak current. A metal isolation plate is arranged in the middle of the product to completely separate power lines and signal lines, avoiding electromagnetic crosstalk, screen flicker, signal delay and data packet loss caused by current interference.


Independent wire holes, wire grooves and bottom wiring channels are reserved for each station of it. All wiring on it is hidden and neat, facilitating later equipment maintenance, line replacement and system upgrade. The whole Power Dispatching Console is equipped with standard grounding terminals to ensure safe equipotential protection, meeting power industry safety acceptance standards.

4. Multi-screen Mounting Bracket System

The rear part of it is equipped with an integrated thickened monitor mounting bracket capable of carrying 2 to 6 monitors per station. The bracket  adopts reinforced steel structure with strong load-bearing capacity, adjustable up-down and left-right angles, and flexible screen arrangement.

The bracket is suitable for displaying power grid diagrams, dispatching data curves, equipment operating status, real-time monitoring videos and multi-system synchronous display requirements. The bracket remains stable without shaking during long-term operation, ensuring clear and stable monitoring pictures.

5. Ergonomic Humanized Design

The worktop adopts micro-inclined ergonomic design to optimize the operator's viewing angle and reduce eye fatigue. It is equipped with a hidden retractable keyboard tray and smooth sliding rail, saving space and ensuring a neat desktop.

Power Dispatching Console offers an optional electric height adjustable function supporting sitting and standing alternate work, effectively improving long-time on-duty comfort of dispatchers. The overall arc chamfer design prevents collision injury, fully meeting the safety and humanized design standards of industrial control rooms.

6. Modular Expansion Structure

The product adopts fully modular standardized production supporting unlimited splicing of single or multiple stations. According to the size of the control room, Power Dispatching Console can be combined into linear type, arc type, U type and other overall layouts.

The modular structure allows free addition, reduction and replacement of functional modules, facilitating later hall reconstruction, capacity expansion and equipment upgrading.
