The application of the cold air channel system has achieved a dual optimization of cooling efficiency and operating costs. A technical director of an influential cloud service provider's AI computing power center in East China introduced this, stating that after deploying the cold air channel system in this center, the temperature difference of the return air has increased from the traditional mode of 5-8℃ to 15-20℃. The set temperature of the air conditioning can be appropriately raised, the energy consumption of compressors and fans has significantly decreased, and the annual average air conditioning energy consumption of a single data center has been reduced by more than 45%. In a data center renovation case of an e-commerce enterprise, after implementing cold channel enclosure and dynamic air volume adjustment, the PUE value dropped from 1.68 to 1.35, the investment recovery period was only 9 months, and at the same time, local overheating hazards were completely eliminated, and the average fault-free operation time of servers was extended by 28%.

With the continuous advancement of technology, the cold air channel system has evolved from a simple physical enclosure to a comprehensive system solution consisting of "space planning - airflow control - intelligent monitoring". The current industry-leading solution has achieved multiple technological breakthroughs. Through adjustable air outlet structures and multi-sensor networking, the temperature within the cold channel can be precisely controlled at 22 ± 0.5℃, and the humidity fluctuation can be controlled within 5%RH. At the same time, the use of anti-static coatings and low-leakage rate sealing designs enables a Class 1000 clean environment, effectively reducing the risk of data reading and writing errors caused by static discharge. Moreover, the application of modular compatibility architecture allows the system to be flexibly adjusted according to the expansion needs of the data center, significantly shortening the design and construction cycle and reducing the renovation cost.
